This will be a laid back conversation-style training weekend. A lot of your "remedies", excitement, and rejuvenation will simply come from conversations with other youth workers in the relaxed "coffee house" atmosphere of friends who are in the trenches of youth ministry with you. The workshops will provide engaging information and organized for discussion and reflection. We want you to have time to digest it, talk about it, and make it work for you in your youth ministry. All locations and cultures are different, so the ideas and resources may need to be tweaked, tossed around amongst friends, and most importantly, covered in prayer. You know your sheep -- you will leave with ideas, information, and resources to help you reach them more effectively in their walk with Jesus.
